It helps you set goals and explore different staffing options to find the best fit for your practice. The workbook is designed to guide you in making smart decisions to grow your business and run it smoothly.
Session 2 (1:01:05 hours)
The purpose of this second webinar in the “Finish the Year Strong: Reflect, Review and Grow Your Practice for 2026” series by Heal With Laser is to deepen practitioners’ engagement with MLS® laser therapy through interactive reflection, clinical audit, and peer sharing.
The session aims to build clinical confidence and operational knowledge to effectively integrate laser therapy in multidisciplinary clinics across Australia and New Zealand.
The webinar focuses on analysing clinical outcomes, patient flow, and treatment protocols, while addressing practical challenges such as staffing, return on investment, and patient education.
It emphasises the importance of leveraging evidence-based practices and clinical governance to enhance safety, effectiveness, and patient trust.
Additionally, the session introduces a practical workbook that guides you through reviewing clinical audits and patient outcomes, updating practice protocols, collecting peer feedback, and mapping MLS laser treatments. It helps ensure high-quality, consistent care in your practice.
Session 3 (1:02:31 hours)
The purpose of this third webinar in the “Finish the Year Strong: Reflect, Review and Grow Your Practice for 2026” series by Heal With Laser is to focus on using MLS® and M-Hi laser therapy in private practice, covering clinical protocols, business integration, and team implementation.
Additionally, the session introduces a practical workbook that helps you bring everything together from the previous sessions. It guides you in creating an implementation plan, setting key performance indicators (KPIs), using audit templates, managing risks through a risk register, and developing marketing and patient care pathways. This workbook supports smooth and effective practice management.

Intended Audience
This series is designed for practitioners who are ready to grow through reflective practice, including allied health providers, practice managers, physiotherapists, podiatrists, chiropractors, occupational therapists, and rehabilitation practitioners, as well as anyone considering or already offering MLS laser therapy.
Complete the full program and corresponding workbooks to earn 10 hours of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) in Practice Management with a focus on Quality Improvement.
To participate effectively, workbooks must be completed prior to each session to ensure readiness and active engagement.
